It calculates the size, it does not guess it
It compares the customer's measurements against the real size chart for each garment. The arithmetic is done by code, not by the model, which is exactly where chatbots go wrong.
AI style & size adviser
A chat adviser that understands what each customer is after, suggests the pieces in your catalogue that suit her, and gets the size right using the real measurements from your pattern. Fewer doubts, fewer returns, more baskets that close.

The problem
Check your own number before you believe mine: of your last ten returns, count how many are about size. That is the figure that matters, and the one nobody looks at.
Behind each one is a customer who was stuck between two sizes. Some order both and send one back. Others close the tab and never return, and those never even show up in your numbers.
A size chart in a dropdown does not fix that. Someone who asks for bust and waist, and can read the pattern, does.
Move it yourself. I am not promising a figure: it depends on your catalogue and on how many customers use the chat.

What you keep, net, per month
€745
It pays for itself with 2 avoided returns a month. You earn back the setup fee (€180) in 1 month.
Book a demoAn estimate, not a promise. It counts the shipping cost you avoid plus 40% of the sale you keep, which is the cautious half.

On Shopify, price and stock read themselves. Everywhere else, the catalogue updates from an export.
These are invented for the demo, with a shop and garments that do not exist. The script is real enough: the one stuck between sizes, the one with no idea what to look for, and the one afraid of the return.
The second one does not settle a doubt: it creates a sale that did not exist when she walked in.
She is between two sizes and does not want to order both.

From Shopify or whatever export you have. Names, prices, sizes and stock come in, and stay live.
Bust, waist and hip per size, plus the notes from the workroom. This is the part nobody else has, and the reason it gets the size right.
The bubble appears on the product page and the homepage. If you have a developer, it is ten minutes. If you do not, I do it.

It compares the customer's measurements against the real size chart for each garment. The arithmetic is done by code, not by the model, which is exactly where chatbots go wrong.
It will not recommend a size that has sold out, or quote last week's price on the first day of the sale.
It reads your catalogue every ten minutes, so a price change lands before the first order of the day.
When the customer does not know what she is after (“something for an afternoon wedding”) it asks just enough, filters your catalogue and suggests two or three specific pieces. This is where an undecided visit turns into a sale.
The name, the tone and the greetings are yours. Nobody mistakes it for a generic bot bolted on top.
Using your wording, not another shop's. When the question is about a specific order, it does not make something up: it hands over to your team on WhatsApp or email.
A dashboard with every conversation, which size was recommended, and whether it ended in a purchase. It answers in English and Spanish. Messages are deleted after 90 days.
The same service either way. What changes is how often you pay, and paying up front costs less. Neither ties you in. Prices exclude VAT.
€960a year, which works out at €80 a month
€180setup, once only
You pay the year up front and save nearly two months against the monthly plan. It is not a tie-in, it is a discount for paying early: if you would rather not pay ahead, the monthly plan is right next to it.
€95a month
€180setup, once only
Paid once, when it is set up: importing your catalogue, loading your pattern measurements, tuning tone and policies, and installing it in your theme.
It includes exactly the same as the annual plan.
You cancel with an email to info@fit-scouts.com. No retention call, no thirty days' notice.
Outside the fee: extra languages, loading the measurements for a whole collection in one go, and the monthly report on what your customers ask. Quoted separately, and said up front.
We also do this
We audit, migrate, design and automate Shopify stores. Same team you already talk to about the chat, not one more vendor on the list.
Yes. The adviser works on any website. The difference is that on Shopify price and stock read themselves, and anywhere else the catalogue is updated from an export whenever something changes.
That is normal. I send you a spec sheet template, whoever runs the workroom fills it in (bust, waist and hip per size, plus notes such as “runs small in the bust”) and I convert it. Without measurements the adviser still recommends by occasion, style and usual size, but it cannot get the size right, which is the reason you are adding it.
The service is not cut off and no surprise surcharge turns up. I let you know, and if it happens two months running we talk about adjusting the plan. The figure is there so we both know what volume we are talking about, not to overcharge you in the month things go well.
It only recommends garments from your catalogue and only explains your policies. Size calculations are done by code, not by the model. When the question is about a specific order, or something it does not have, it does not improvise: it hands over to your team.
Conversations are stored so you can read them, and delete themselves after 90 days. No payment details are asked for or handled. The model key lives on the server, never in the browser.
One working day if you give me the catalogue and the measurements. What usually drags it out is gathering the measurements from the workroom, not the setup.
No plan ties you in. Setup is €180, so trying it does not commit you to a year, and the annual plan is a discount for paying up front, not a contract to hold on to you. I would rather that than argue over a forecast neither of us can prove in advance.
Both, and the one you cannot see weighs more. Returns show up in your dashboard. The sale that never happened because she was stuck between two sizes and closed the tab shows up nowhere, and that is the one you really lose. The adviser tackles both: it settles the doubt before it turns into an abandoned basket, and saves you the return if she does buy.
Tell me where your shop is. I send back a link with the adviser already talking about your garments, so you can try it before deciding anything.
